Located on the bank of the beautiful Ohio River, the New Martinsville Inn is designed for the business and leisure travelers alike, offering a unique combination of quality, comfort and value. The New Martinsville Inn includes distinctive features and an amenity package not typically found in similarly priced hotels.

It would be a pleasure to have you as our guest, although pets are not allowed. Each member of our staff is personally committed and empowered to provide you with quality accommodations and outstanding service to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Our guests enjoy walking from their rooms to various eateries like Bob Evans, McDonald’s, Subway and Peking Chinese Super Buffet. In the adjacent parking lot, Speedway provides self-serve hot grill food and all varieties of soft and hard drinks as well as gas and diesel for your vehicles. You may walk or jog along the walking trail by the Ohio River or go down and sit next to the water on the clean big rocks.

You may enjoy our cozy pool and bubbling spa while looking at beautiful landscaping with red mulch under the plants and trees or sit and eat delivered pizza (four different pizza places) on the green cushioned dining chairs in the lobby or sit and watch the overhead TV on the comfortable couch. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area for the safety reasons.

We offer free high speed secured WiFi and also hardwired web on the computer in the lobby for our guests use. Hot popcorn and gummies are always available plus two types of Columbian coffee, two types of hot tea, two types of juices, and two types of cappuccino, hot chocolate and spring water 24 hours a day. There is milk in the refrigerator and oatmeal on the counter all of the time in the lobby.

The New Martinsville Inn accepts all major credit cards and cash, but no personal checks. Children under 18 stay free with paying adult. Smoking is allowed only in smoking rooms. Hallways, lobby, pool area, stairways and landings are all smoke free.

We have benches on the pool patio and in the backyard where you can sit and watch the riverboats floating by, or people jogging or strolling. There is a large green fluffy grass backyard where kids can run around and play and you can spread your mat or towel and have sunbath in privacy!

New Martinsville has a lot of churches for your religious needs and a lot of restaurants for every taste of food for your cravings. There is a free ATM across from the hotel at the Credit Union. Shopping center next door has Dollar Tree, Shoe Sensation & Peebles Clothing Store. There are several convenience and grocery stores in town, including a Super Wal-Mart, where you can buy almost everything for your personal needs including grocery, hot deli, bakery, pharmacy, photo lab, vision center, bank, hair salon, Subway as well as Wal-Mart gas station outside. (Yes, you may buy fishing poles and a fishing license all year long to fish across in the Ohio River.)

We provide continental breakfast with four types of cereal, juices, donuts, Danishes, bagels, English muffins, mini muffins, both types of bread, Little Debbie snacks, jam, jelly, butter, peanut butter, honey, lemon juice, tea bags (both kind), creamer, sweet n’ low and three types of fruits. It is served 6-10am weekdays and 6-11am on weekends

There are two handicap parking spots and a large handicap ramp. We even have a boot hose to wash your boots, spacious parking available for big trucks and semis and also boat and water hook ups for a nominal fee.
